Complete Guide:
Homatics Box R 4K Plus Downloader

1 Go to Settings

• Start from the main home screen of your Homatics Box R 4K Plus.
• Navigate to the top right corner and open the ⚙️ Settings menu.
• Scroll down and select the Device Info or System section.

2 Enable Developer Options

In order:

• Enter the About section inside your device settings.
• Find your OS Build number and click it 7 times rapidly to unlock Developer Options.
• Ensure Unknown Sources is enabled within your Security settings.

3 Search Setup

• Verify that Unknown Sources is toggled ON.
• Turn on ADB Debugging for seamless installation.
• Press the Home button to return to the main screen.

4 Install Homatics Box R 4K Plus Downloader

• Open the Search bar located on your dashboard.
• Type Downloader using your remote’s keyboard.
• Select the official app by AFTVnews and click Download / Install.

5 Enter URL & Grant Permissions

• Launch the app for the first time and click Open.
• You MUST click Allow when prompted to grant storage permissions.
• Select the URL text box and enter your APK URL or Downloader code (which may vary in length).

6 Download & Complete Setup

To finish the setup:

• Wait patiently while the application is downloading the file to your Homatics Box.
• When prompted by the system dialog, click Install to complete the setup.
